Coming soon
A new token paired with MAG7, SEMIS, CORE, or any live fund. You set the fee and make the first buy in one transaction. Real Uniswap v4 liquidity from block one. Holders are paid in the fund.
The mix
Stocks and tokens inside the fund move. Net asset value per fund share moves with them. No launch trades required.
The launch
Someone spends fund tokens on the pool, or sells back. Only that moves how many launch tokens one fund share buys.
The dollar print
Those two numbers multiplied. A dead launch on a ripping fund still rises in dollars. A pumping launch on a falling fund can fall in dollars.
Quote assets
Funds play the role gold plays on a commodity launchpad. The mix is the second clock. Empty funds cannot be a market. Create one, or start from a mix that already exists.

Magnificent 7
MAG7
Equal-weight Apple, Microsoft, Nvidia, Amazon, Alphabet, Meta, Tesla.

Semiconductors
SEMIS
Chipmakers across design, foundry, and memory.

Market Core
CORE
S&P 500 and Nasdaq 100, with a cash sleeve.
Or any fund already onchain. Browse live funds →
The form
01
Paired with
Pick a live fund. MAG7, SEMIS, CORE, or any fund someone already created. That share is the quote asset. Caps are fixed in fund terms at creation, so a rally in the mix lifts the dollar print without moving you along the curve.
02
Identity
Image, name, ticker. Optional site, X, Telegram, description. Pinned once. It never changes.
03
Fee and first buy
Trading fee 1%, 2%, or 3%, set once. First buy of at least a dollar, paid in ETH or USDG, swapped into the fund and bought into the pool in the same transaction. One form. One transaction.
How a launch will work
01
Whole supply in the pool
One billion tokens, all in a Uniswap v4 pool from the first block. Nothing held back. Any router that reads v4 liquidity can trade it immediately.
02
Curve range, then reserve
Most of the supply sits in a concentrated range from the opening cap to the graduation cap. The rest sits in a range above it, so the market keeps quoting past the cap. No cliff. Nothing migrates.
03
Liquidity locked
The launchpad owns the positions. They are never withdrawn. Trading continues on the same pool for the life of the market.
There is no separate bonding curve and no graduation step. The curve is made of real liquidity. Buying the fund is not buying the launch. Spending fund tokens on the pool is.
Where the fees go
Every trade pays the fee you set at launch, in the pair fund. Forty percent goes to holders of that market. Keep the fund shares, or sell them back to USDG.
40%
Holders
Paid in the fund the market is paired with, automatically. Nothing to claim.
30%
Buyback
Swept and spent on the protocol token when there is one. Until then it runs the exchange with the protocol share.
30%
Protocol
Keeps the exchange online. Creators earn like every other holder.
Nothing to claim
Each cycle pays eligible wallets in proportion to their balance, straight to the wallet, in MAG7 or whichever fund the market is paired with. Protocol addresses and the pool are excluded. Dust stays in the treasury until the next cycle.
A rewards page
What you have been paid, what your current holdings are lined up for, and a sell button back to USDG at the fund’s net asset value. Launch trading creates real demand for the mix, not only for the meme.
Trading
Pay with ETH, USDG, or the fund
You never have to hold MAG7 first. ETH and USDG swap into fund shares inside the trade, then buy the launch. Sells run the route backwards. One transaction, one min-out on the total.
Both clocks on the token page
LAUNCH per FUND, FUND net asset value, and LAUNCH in dollars. Pair badge, live tape, official pool, creator. One chart without the other lies.
Markets as a tape
Search. All, new, graduated. Market cap, 24h volume, the fund it is paired with. New launches as a rail. Auto-updating. Not a landing page.
ETH → USDG → fund share → launch token
The maths
The pool never looks at Tesla or Nvidia. It only knows launch tokens per fund share. The fund already knows dollars, from the mix and its price feeds. Dollar price of the launch is the product.
FUND_usd = value of the mix in one share
LAUNCH_per_FUND = what the pool will trade
LAUNCH_usd = LAUNCH_per_FUND × FUND_usd
Start
Mix +10%, nobody trades LAUNCH
Then someone spends 1 FUND
Where the liquidity is
When you spend 1 FUND on the pool you receive launch tokens. That 1 FUND does not vanish. It sits in the pool until someone sells launch back. Fund TVL is not launch liquidity. Only fund tokens actually spent on the launch are.
Same as pairing against NVIDIA
Buy NVDA, do not buy the coin: you own NVIDIA. NVIDIA rips, the coin’s dollar price follows, the coin/NVDA chart does not. Buy the coin: you spend NVDA into the pool. Swap NVDA for a Fundium fund and you have this feature.
At launch
What will not change
Build a fund with real mix in it. That is the quote asset this needs. Then you will pick it, set a fee, and make the first buy.
